Meet our incredible team!

At Sound Mental Health, LLC., we're more than just therapists—we're humans first. We show up with heart, humor, and a deep commitment to creating a safe space for everyone who walks through our doors.

Each member of our team brings their own strengths, specialties, and personality to the work we do. Whether you're working through a tough season, looking to improve your relationships, or just need someone to talk to, we've got someone here who gets it.

What we have in common:

  • A love for meaningful conversation

  • A passion for mental health

  • A belief in real, honest human connection

We're not into one-size-fits-all therapy. That's why our team is made up of diverse professionals with different approaches and backgrounds—so you can find someone who's the right fit for you.
